Importance of Reading Holy Quran
Quran is the light and guidance of Allah that He bestowed upon us. It is a complete code of life, and reading it is a necessity. In the contemporary day and age, Muslims have lost connection with Islam because they do not read Quran and follow it anymore. Thus, to get peace in the world and hereafter, reading Quran is of sublime importance. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said the following about reading Quran.
«اقرءوا القرآن فإنه يأتي يوم القيامة شفيعًا لأصحابه»
“Recite the Quran, for it will come as an intercessor for its reciters on the Day of Resurrection» (Muslim).”
Importance of Learn Quran with Tajweed
Quran shall be read properly with proper pronunciation and respect. For this purpose, having proper knowledge of Tajweed is necessary. “Tajweed” is an Arabic word that means ‘to correct’.
This course teaches you about all the necessary pronunciation and recitation rules of the Holy Quran. Through this course, we will help you improve your Qirrat (recitation) and earn the blessings of Allah.
- Learning Tajweed is important for accurate Quran recitation because Arabic is a language that has many words with similar pronunciations but differing meanings. Also, reciting Quranic words wrongly is a sin. Thus, learning Tajweed as a course is important.
- Furthermore, Arabic is not the basic language of many Muslims around the world, and they make pronunciation errors. Today even the Arabs need to learn Tajweed as old Arabic of the time of Holy Quran revelation has evolved. In those times, they used to speak Arabic by properly pronouncing ‘Ghunnah’ (nasalization’ and by doing Qalqalah (jerking the sound), which they don’t anymore.
- To recite the Quran in the way it was revealed, following Tajweed rules are necessary. Angel Jibril himself revealed Quran with all the Tajweed rules. Thus, it is a part of the Holy Quran.
Tajweed Online Course
We will teach you Tajweed with four levels. You can join the course at any level depending on your need. The duration of each session will vary, and you can choose it yourself. The sessions will be ranging from 20 minutes to one hour daily for about 4 or 6 days a week.
Level One: Nurani Qaidah
Level One is for beginners who do not know how to form the words of the Holy Quran. These students will be taught Nurani Qaidah. We will provide you the Nurani Qaidah online.This course will teach you the following:
- After taking this course, you will be able to recognize various Arabic alphabets and will be able to pronounce all the words correctly in an Arabic accent.
- Arabic alphabets have a beginning, middle, and ending forms. This course will help you make difference between them.
- We will guide you on how to merge Arabic alphabets for purpose of forming complete Arabic words.
- You will be correctly pronouncing short vowels and the correct length of words, for example, Kasrah, Fathah, and Dammah. You will also be able to correctly pronounce long vowel sounds as well.
- You will be able to practice, recite, and recognize Sukoon, Jamz, and Shaddha.
- We will also teach you how to recognize the words that fall into Madd categories and their proper length of recitation.
- You will be able to recognize ‘Huroof’, Muqattaat, and Ramooz e Auqaf, stopping and pausing signs.

This course is for beginners who have read Nurani Qaidah but do not know how to recite Holy Quran. It is also for those who have read Holy Quran but want to read it with Tajweed.
Level Two: Basic Level of Tajweed
We will first get you familiar with reciting Quran generally without the application of the exact rules of Tajweed. However, if you already know how to recite Quran without Tajweed rules, we will immediately teach you the basic rules of Tajweed at this level.
- You will be able to recite Quran accurately by incorporating basic rules of Tajweed in your recitation.
- We will improve your pronunciation (Makhraij).
- We will help you learn 10 Surahs of the Holy Quran by heart with the application of Tajweed.
- We will help improve your Qirrah (recitation) with the application of specific rules.
- You will be able to do Tafkheem (recite proper Arabic letters with heavy sounds).
Level Three: Intermediate Level Tajweed
This course will teach you the intermediate-level rules of Tajweed. You will recite Quran, and we will correct your mistakes. You will also take tests based on the rules of Tajweed you learned at a basic level and this level. At the intermediate level, we will focus on developing your recitation skills (Tilawaah) by incorporating more rules of Tajweed.In this course, we will teach you the following:
- After taking this course, you will be able to recognize various Arabic alphabets and will be able to pronounce all the words correctly in an Arabic accent.
- We will teach you the rules of MeemSaakinah.
- We will teach you the rules of Laam Sakinah.
- We will teach you the rules of reciting the letters of Qalqalah.
- You will learn the rules of stopping and pausing, Ramooz e Auqaaf.

This course is for the students who have passed the Nurani Qaidah and Basic level.
Level Four: Advanced Tajweed Course Online
In the Advanced level Tajweed course, we will teach you the advanced rules of Tajweed and further enhance your recitation to an expert level. We will take numerous tests and you will be given assignments. This course will help you get a deep understanding of Tajweed rules. We will teach you the following through this course:
- We will teach you the perfect application of Tajweed rules by the recitation of numerous Surahs.
- We will teach you the necessary rules of Arabic letters (Sifaat e Lazimah).
- We will teach you the characteristics of Arabic letters (Sifaat e Aridhah).
- We will teach you the rules and types of Idghaam.
